Microsoft Tag Reader – Tag for my blog :D

blogtag

Just installed the Microsoft Tag Reader to my phone via http://gettag.mobi, i downloaded the jad directly, but cant import via Nokia PC Suite so…that sucks. [needs to be .jar] But the site detected my phone and it worked that way.

Pictured is a tag i created that links to this blog 😀 Just taking a picture of it wont work, you need to launch your cam from the Tag Reader itself for it to pick up the tags.

Windows 7 Build 7068 Verification Info *updated*

Gleaned this info off of hacksdaily.net

File Name : 7068.0.090321-1322_x86fre_client_en-us_Retail_Ultimate-GRC1CULFRE_EN_DVD.iso
Size: 2.53GB

CRC32: 26312514

It seems it was originally leaked at torrents.ru but that torrent is dead and the tracker is down. Regardless RC1 is coming in May anyway…

UPDATE:

So I’ve got a few more details. The untouched ISO leak is Build 7068 and is of the Professional version of Windows 7, There is a slightly modified version circulating tagged ‘AllSKU’.

The x64 Build of 7068 *has* leaked, But i dont have verification info for that one yet.

UPDATE:

This is the info from an ISO i’ve seen in the wild.

Wanted: Weapons of Fate – Screenshots

Various camera glitches aside…An interesting game. I’d say the learning curve is about a half hour to an hour. The further you progress thru the game the more adernaline based abilities you unlock, I only just got Sub Machine Guns 😛 Once you finally get to curve bullets its pretty cool, The bullet time camera seems to happen randomly, thou having a clear curve with lots of headroom for a camera seems to help it trigger 😛

I’ll update this post with some more screenshots later on.

UPDATE:

Added some more screenshots, Out of the 256 possible combonations for ‘binary’ cheats i was able to guess several 😀 I’ll screenshot that in a bit too i suppose. I’ve unlocked ‘Cinematic Mode’ which i think gives me the bullet time cam on my curve shots more often then not. Gonna beat the game on regular mode before i start messing around with the cheats too much.

Crash solution to neresize.ax in Windows Media Player

So i was having some trouble watching videos in Windows Media Player due to a file called neresize.ax , This file is a Nero Plugin that is included with all versions of Nero 7 and higher.

After some Google’ing I found this:

EgoSoft.com Forum

Which specifies a fix that would have worked just fine…except it looks like it was designed for x64 Windows, after a small change, it works fine. Heres my slightly modified batch files.

Windows 7 Build 7057 Leaked, Screenshotted

With
Windows 7 being the new hotness that could make things spiffy for many
new (and some old) computers whenever it ships, every new build just
adds to the anticipation.

Making its way through the
intertubes as we speak is Windows 7 build 7057. Rejoice — Microsoft is
making progress! Deciphering the file name of the disc image indicates
that this build was compiled on March 5, 2009, reports Neowin.

Interestingly enough, the About Windows screen indicates that this
evaluation copy is good for a year, expiring in March 2010. Though run
this unfinished version of Windows 7 would be assured that the final
version, perhaps even for retail, will be available before the
evaluation license expires.

I’ll post some screens of this one, been using Build 7000 for some time. More Benchmarks? i think so.

Update: and more info

New blog.

So, I’ve been blogging now for just over a year. And suddenly I start getting all kinds of spam comments. I set all my comment settings to moderated and started the process of deleting such comments one by one, without first logging a few details…ip address, acct name, e-mail and timestamp and a couple of the URLs spammed. What made this process easier…is that all the comments came from by only two IP Addresses…

74.52.151.66 was particularly interested in spamming about drivers and laptops where 208.109.181.218 was all about fendi purses and dior handbags

74.52 used much better e-mail addresses that mimic what a real user whould have picked from multiple vendors [gmail, hotmail, yahoo] whereas 208.109 used *only* numerical addresses and *only* from Yahoo.

Not really sure if its worth switching blog providers over…but im already liking WordPress better anyway 😛
